The system is equipped with a servo cross slider, HMI touch screen controller, workpiece servo turntable and cross manipulator. This equipment is mainly used for inner wall cladding of valve bodies, flanges, and pipe fittings in the oil & gas industry. The workpiece is placed horizontally, and the operator selects the workpiece program, sets parameters, and inputs welding data. Once the arc starts, the welding process runs automatically. The system uses an ETR infinite-rotation welding gun, allowing continuous circumferential rotation and eliminating dead angles caused by limited swing in traditional welding. It offers strong welding performance and supports various surface types: circles, gradient diameters, flat circles, valve intersections, circular and square tracks, V-grooves, and different pipe diameters.

The equipment is used for surfacing welding of the inner hole surface and shallow groove of steam turbine valves. During welding, the workpiece position is fixed, and the ETR infinitely rotating welding head (no need to consider cable winding) rotates to drive the welding gun for circular welding. The internal surface of the valve can be repaired online without removing the valve.
